Though the video dropped last week, it’s dope enough that I thought I’d still bring it to you guys today. From his DOPE Black Hystori Project, G.O.O.D.’s own CyHi the Prynce gives us controversial visuals for his track entitled 3:16 . [True rap heads will get both meanings of the title.] Keeping in line with the theme of the mixtape and the tradition of Cyhi, the track talks about real subjects that plaque our commuinity and as always is laced with plenty of triple entendres that take a few listens to truly take in. In the video, Cyhi dons an all-black preacher’s robe and sits on a pew, drinking some dark and smoking a cigarette at times. While it is risky and borderline-blasphemous, I can respect the artistic expression and wordplay. Check out the vid below and let me know what you think.
